Welcome to Holidaymoon! This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds for online bookings of our services, tours and adventures.
Cancellation by You (Guest):
- We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booked tour or adventure, please notify us as soon as possible via email at info@holidaymoon.in or by phone at +91 7900677778.
- The amount you are refunded will depend on the timing of your cancellation relative to your tour or adventure departure date:
- 30 days or more before departure: You will receive a full refund of the amount paid, minus a processing fee of [Indicate Processing Fee Amount].
- Between 15 and 29 days before departure: You will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid.
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refunds will be issued.
Cancellation by Us (Holidaymoon):

- A full refund of the amount paid.
- A credit voucher for the full amount paid, valid for future bookings with Holidaymoon.
- If the cancellation is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, travel restrictions), we will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by you (e.g., non-refundable flights).
Refunds:
- Once your refund is processed, it will be credited back to the original payment method used for the booking within 30 business days.
- Please note that depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Any additional services or upgrades booked alongside your tour or adventure (e.g., travel insurance, optional excursions) may have separate cancellation policies. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions for each add-on service.
- Processing fees are non-refundable.
